图形外部链接调用的问题 #18

目前添加了外部链接的图形, siyuan:// 格式是在笔记中打开没有问题, 但其它的如 https:// 和 file:// 都是在 iFrame 中打开。https 还好, 按住 Ctrl 在点击会调用外部浏览器, 但 file:// 就没有办法了。能否都改成调用外部程序来打开呢？
