ability to clone 3rd party public boards

If you could allow us to ignore/skip organizations when cloning boards, I guess it would become possible to clone public boards as well, e.g. firstly it clones to personal boards and then you refine organization settings.

I've an idea to maintain a public list of templates everyone could use as a starting point: https://trello.com/templates or to suggest/share new ones.

Let me know your thoughts.
