[BUG] data.GetCSV is depreciated in Hugo v0.123.0

I have checked all the prerequisites below and I'm yet experiencing a problem

• Read the README.md
• Have the extended version of Hugo installed
• Used the exampleSite's hugo.toml as a reference
• If and when requested, I'll link my repo to make it easier to debug.

Describe the bug

When attempting to run hugo server with the default theme and a new install of Hugo I got the following error:

ERROR deprecated: data.GetCSV was deprecated in Hugo v0.123.0 and will be removed in Hugo 0.140.0. use resources.Get or resources.GetRemote with transform.Unmarshal.

I'm creating this issue to link to a PR I'm submitting from my own branch where I fixed the issue.
