Install Python

Download and install the current 3.x version of Python from the python site: https://www.python.org/

Run pip install -r requirements.txt

Download this repository, unzip and open a command window in the unzipped folder. Run the pip command above...

Run python main.py

Once the pip command has finished, run the main script.

Go to this URL: http://localhost:8080

Visit the URL in a browser and start testing the suggesting!
