I tried to install TMSU on Manjaro Linux with yay -S tmsu but the install failed. Please see the message on the attached image.

oniony (the author and maintainer of TMSU) isn't responsible for the tmsu aur package.

And the problem has already been reported on tmsu AUR

This could still be a valid report but it would be about supporting newer versions of go.
