Add generic transfer with identifier transaction

Issue To Be Solved

We need an additional generic transfer transaction that is like the existing ones but doesn't assume only one Vault implementation with the name Vault

Suggest A Solution

• Use the transaction from Add assertions to generic transfer and update docs #166 as a template
• Add another argument that takes an identifier as an argument so it can make the same assertions about the type
