in the osmosis directory find the most recent /workspace/osmosis-local/osmosis/start_testnode{timestamp}.log file and get one or both of the mneumonic phrases to import into keplr

open the preview on port 8080 and click connect wallet in the app to add the chain to keplr
hack and rebuild the chain
hack and enjoy hot module reload on the front end
takes less than 5 minutes to do the full prebuild and launch
should be less if there have been no changes that require a new prebuild
