Implemented second valve: desired and current positions
NEEDED CHANGE: change of PID function to take in two variables now that current
position and desired position is no longer a single variable

-SPI.c still needs to be modified to acommodate multiple valves under the
function
sendtoDAC
-How many SSPxBUF registers do we have? I can't seem to find any sections for
it under the 46k22 datasheet
