Should be able to choose founder members that appear on registration

The founder members on the registration document need to be able to sign in person. But as the 3 names picked are arbitrary you could get someone who is not available (We have founder members in different towns and countries).

I suggest that on the registration page there is a selector to choose the official founder members on the registration form, and that it requires 3 but allows more (obviously a larger number makes it harder to get the signatures but you would have the choice)
