Not all highlights from a file being synced in Obsidian

I've encountered an issue with syncing between Omnivore and Obsidian.

I've added books as pdf documents to Omnivore and created highlights.

Some of these highlights have synced across to Obsidian correctly, however not all highlights have synced across to Obsidian from Omnivore. The around 20 highlights have synced across into Obsidian, but any new highlights after that do not sync.

This seems to be an issue with only files as article highlights.
