Overwriting mml file

The mml file is being overwritten if a change has been performed in the layer configuration (e.g. enabled/disabled a layer). So if some has been changed externally in an editor after opening the project in magnacarto, this change will be discarded and overwritten.
Probably this is some kind of caching issue, because the file is parsed and kept in memory on project opening.
