No service stuck until restart

I noticed that I get No service pretty often, it seems to occur after the phone is locked for an extended period, and each time without fail, restarting the phone fixes it. It seems like the ROM has some bugs with polling the modem, or doze is kicking in too strong.

I'll try to logcat debug it when I get the chance.
