request: support for Dynamic Prompts

I use https://github.com/adieyal/sd-dynamic-prompts in other contexts, but it is not currently working with the cloud inference.
Generally, it would be good to be able to use whatever prompt generation logic is available and do the intercept later in the chain.

If possible it would be cool to have a generic fix for this, but otherwise getting support for this specific extension would be appreciated.
