Annotation inheritance for other types (tags, comments, files)

I open this issue, regarding the display of other types of inherited annotations (now only works for key-value pairs).

This time, this should only require modification of individual display of annotation in JS and templates. For example, in the case of tags: ome.right_panel_tags_pane.js and tags_underscore.html

That's because

omero-web/omeroweb/webclient/views.py

Line 1333 in c6314d8

def api_annotations(request, conn=None, **kwargs):

can already retrieve annotations from parent objects.

Maybe worth discussing what shouldn't be inherited. Attachements? Tables?
