Fix scaling problem on low resolution display

On displays with lower resolution most pages have problems, but the download page becomes nearly unusable. Should be a quick fix.

On new website these problems have been solved by @SadBatman however I prefer to use more modernized technologies like grid in css. However in my changes on #14 you will see problems in small displays because of using table for the above part while I do know using this tool for layout is the oldest and ugliest way to do it but it was the fastest way to implement my changes without changing much in files (css).
