Add hook to customize the content

It is useful to add a hook (two hooks) that are text fields in the option and user can use to include additional lines before or/and after the main body.

This gives the generated macro maximum much more possibility.

For example, for priests, there is the spell "fade" that is useful to include as part of the macro at the end.
