There is so much work laying dormant in the PRs and issues, it seems such a waist. I've forked the repo and merged the ones that were significant and straightforward: #58 #65 #79 #83

This repo is not dead. The current implementation is very reliable, and i am reluctant to merge any PR, unless it fixes a bug, or bring a significant and desirable improvement to the code.
