Support fetching and using gdsl from jenkins server #4

On every jenkins server supporting Jenkinsfile pipelines, you can download a gdsl definition that includes all the necessary dsl grammar for your builds. The jenkinsfile plugin should be able to pull this down from a specified server, and apply the grammar.
