Hi!
The example show the camera view but nothing happends when I scan mi ID.

For me it worked, but often it takes quite some time. Also I deactivated the camera overlay, as the id was never scanned when I matched the ID with the overlay frame. I think you need to go closer with he id than the frame implies.
Not perfect, but it works.
Device: Xiaomi Mi9T
