How to make the navigation box scroll-able to store more menu?

Hi,

Since the navigation box is fixed, it's not possible to store more than a few menu options on it without overflow the page view. I tried modifying the CSS, but it didn't work. I wonder how to make it scrollable just like the rest of the page so that there can be more menu options.
