Generate monthly reports for PRs merged / issues closed as done along with story points assigned
To be viewable in flatgithub explorer: https://flatgithub.com/ohcnetwork/leaderboard-data

Current problems (link):

Lack of filtering by assignees in flatgithub explorer (as assignees is an array of users and tool doesn't support filtering an array).
Unable to distinguish between closed as not planned / closed as completed.
No cross-references to PRs
