Inconsistent Button Positions in Shifting and Resource Page

Describe the bug
The button to change the view from List to Board View on Shifting/Resources Pages changing it's position instead of being at same place

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '/shifting' or '/resource'
2. Click on List View or Board View buttons
3. You can see that it's changing it's position in each view

Expected behavior
The button position to toggle between List view and Board View should be consistent
