Bug Description
The "Show Unread" filter in the Notifications section does not work as expected. Instead of displaying only unread notifications, it displays read notifications.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to the Care site.
  2. Click on 'Notifications' in the navigation menu.
  3. Enable the 'Show Unread' filter.
  4. Observe that the list still contains both read and unread notifications.

Expected Behavior
When the "Show Unread" filter is applied, only unread notifications should be displayed.
