Upgrading to Latest Release

Hello,

First of all, thank you very much for this neat tool. Since on Ubuntu 22 default repo, the Smokeping apt package is version 2.007003, I'm wondering if you could write a quick guide on how to get it upgraded to the latest one available on Github.

Am I safe to simply replace the files, overwriting the existing ones, or is there a procedure to follow?
