Deprecation of stoichiometric combustion chamber and TESPy fluid class

Hi everyone,

just a quick heads up: With the 0.6.0 release of TESPy coming soon, we will depricate the component CombustionChamberStoich, since it causes a lot of trouble with the latest planned new features and bugfixes applied and due to lack of time I cannot maintain the component currently. Since the component does not offer too much flexibility and simulation is less accurate, I think this is a bearable loss.

Furthermore, the TESPyFluid class will be removed and perspectively replaced with a more generic implementation, that lets the user easiy provide functions for their fluid properties.
