Implement decommissioning via max value

Max value needs to be implemented in all facade similar to _nominal_value maybe max just needs to be added to all Facades. If not passed, it will not be used. It might only be passed in case of "Bestandskapazitäten".

As far as I understand max is a flow value and does not need explicit implementation into each facade? Or is the variable not used if it is not implemented as suggested?

Or should we implement decommissioning within the facades itself rather than just using max value?
