Adding a multi-period investment example

Hello,
If I am correct, there is no example of an investment with multiple periods. Since oemof enables this functionality, it would be handy to have an example that highlights the functionality and explains it in detail.

Sorry for the late response, agree to both, the issue itself as well as @p-snft's comment as the feature is in the process of being reworked.

What is out there are examples building on prior solph versions:
