@Webby7866 for issues with NortBot please open an issue in that repository.

as stated the correct command its prefix + command thus "!+banw" if you are looking to change that just change the "+banw" to "banw" or "bans" (ban string) which is easier for my room. As for webbys problem, you should open botclient in IDLE and run it to get the error and open a new error post for it, likely forgot to install a import. (pip installs)
