table "save deck" menu option unexpected behavior

apparently, when not saving a deck from the limited editor, the "save deck" option on the play window will only save a deck that has already been loaded from a file, exactly as it was loaded from the file, making the option less than useless.

ideally, it should save all of the appropriate sections as would be found in the deck editor, as they appear on the table at the time the option is selected.

otherwise, it should be restricted to use for limited decks. As a button for saving an identical copy of an existing deck (minus the notes section) it serves only to confuse users (and this dev :P)
