Marknote supports GitHub Flavored Markdown, plus some additional functions.

Internal Links

You can link to internal pages using the note title as the url.

For example to link to a page named Marknote, you'd use:

[Marknote](marknote)

This will link to the first note that contains "marknote" in the title. The matching is case-insensitive.
