[Playlists] What? How? When?

I think it's tricky to have the playlists in the same pannel like the People/Tags. Indeed, for the People/Tags you won't have to delete a film from the list. So it's 2 completely different logics and fonctions. I think split it will be better codewise AND for the user.

Maybe it would be better to have another pannel only for this.

For instance under the leftPannel, we add a Playlist - button [^] that opens a little pannel where we have the playlists. Here a specific behavior can be implemented. To be discussed.

In iTunes, the playlists have another layout.
