Our current weather API is no longer working. We need to find a new API and use that instead.

We should definitely use http://wttr.in it supports custom formats and one line output.

This is fixed by #139, but the location API (turning place names into lat/lon) is not very good. We could improve this by using locationiq.com or something similar.
