1、When you change the schema of a table, if you want to add an A3 column and set the A2 field of the table as an index, you need to click Next: Confirm SQL in the Columns tab, and then click Next to confirm the SQL statement in the Index tab，Multiple schema changes in a single table are grouped into a single ticket
2、If you need to set the new field as an index, you will not be able to get the A4 field in the index setting

Why is this needed?

1、Multiple changes, multiple tickets are inconvenient to use
2、The newly added field A4 can be updated and displayed in the index or other change types in a timely manner
