The first part in https://github.com/ocaml-bench/sandmark#adding-benchmarks is outdated. Sandmark pulls updates from opam repository, and for packages already in opam repository, it's sufficient to add it to https://github.com/ocaml-bench/sandmark/blob/main/dependencies/template/dev.opam
