An import / export feature would be really handy for other users, who want to use the plugin but have used other services like delicious, pinboard or even bookmarks in browsers. These services / apps can export bookmarks in an HTML format.

Concerning imports,
a) what about folders? Are there handled as tags?
b) Missing tags should be alerted. -> #22
