LuLu blocking everything since v2.9.7 #680
Comments
🍿 watching this thread with interest before I upgrade to v3.0.0. Do you have any updates? |
Nothing new so far, I'll wait until the next update of either LuLu or macOS before I try again |
Having the same issue on 3.0, everything is blocked have to disable |
One workaround that I've found was to perform a fresh uninstall of Lulu (completely removing the previous version). I've also unchecked the "Allow installed programs" configuration, and I'm basically reapplying all of my blocks... like that, everything worked smoothly. |
After updating to MacOS 15.2, Lulu 2.6.3 and (after updating) 3.0.0 block everything, no more internet. Seems clearly an 15.2 issue. |
Hi, I have LuLu 2.9.6 installed with the following setup:
MacBook Pro M1 Pro
macOS Sequoia 15.2
No other network extensions installed
macOS firewall active
Everything worked fine for me so far, but after updating to 2.9.7 or 3.0.0 (replacing
LuLu.app
in the Applications folder with the newer version) all network connections are getting blocked, e.g. Safari says "remote endpoint unexpectedly dropped the connection". If I disable LuLu but keep it running everything works fine. I also tried rebooting + un- and reinstalling, which solved the problem partly, but after importing my rules all connections are getting blocked again although the rules work normal with v2.9.6 (I took into account #662 with the export). Also, the network extension is enabled underSettings > General > Login Items & Extensions > Network Extensions
