Hi!

Please add:

Filter in rules section: "allow" and "block".
Prevent reset slider (list) position every time I edit rule.

You can use the filter/search box to filter rules, including using "Block" to show those that are set to block:

(Otherwise sorting gets a bit complicated, as rules are grouped by process, and within that there can be multiple rules, for allow and block).
