'spring-fat' integration test takes extremely long time. There are just several timings from GitHub Actions:

spring-fat/pom.xml ............................... SUCCESS (3390 s)
spring-fat/pom.xml ............................... SUCCESS (3151 s)
spring-fat/pom.xml ............................... SUCCESS (1777 s)

We just can't afford such timings. We need to find hot spots and optimize them.
