Currently, as I understand, you keep .phi files for different versions of objectionary/home right in this repo: https://github.com/objectionary/eo-phi-normalizer/tree/master/eo-phi-normalizer/data This looks wrong to me, because you duplicate the information. I suggest, you generate these files in build time, using .eo files from the objectionary/home repository.
