NTRs for single cell and spatial tecnhiqes for CFDE

Hi,
We'd like to request a batch of new terms as part of the CFDE project for SenNet and HubMap DCCs.

Attached is a file of the terms.
There is still work to be done on axiomization and a few other details, but checking that these in principle look ok.
I've already given them provisional ids.

H&E staining discussed on Sept 30 call:
Question arose on if there should be a staining grouping term for 'microscopy with staining'? Not all histology necessarily requires staining, but does require microscopy. Michelle will explore making this grouping term. And Michelle will add axioms linking new term to the H&E staining process already in OBI.

All these terms in principle look fine for OBI. Michelle will continue to polish things and place terms into the assay template.
