The xero povider seems broken.

I get this, no matter how I try to connect:

Error: Error during the 'request_token' step (HTTP status code: 401)(…)

I just set up the authd server locally and I get this:

All the other providers I try work perfectly. Any ideas? I'd love to be able to use your service, I'd love to contribute a whole slew of integrations.
