VS Code doesn't set correct new cursor position #11

@shaunlebron I've tested a port from atom-parinfer and formatting seems to work fine. But setting a cursor is not. Parinfer computes correct cursor position, but VS Code doesn't seem to set it properly. Editor's API is a bit confusing for me. Maybe you can figure it out.
