Hi @danielnixon! Sadly, I've not been able to precisely pinpoint what the issue is here, and why it is happens where it happens. Because of that, I am also not sure if it was caused by oaf-svelte-routing, oaf-project or even svelte.

Since this bug, w3c/wai-atag-report-tool moved to using svelte-navigator for routing, a fork of svelte-routing, for reasons outside accessibility support.
