[ISSUE][DOCS] o3debinaries.org/download/ pages have multiple formatting issues

Describe the issue

There are multiple multiple formatting issues on the https://o3debinaries.org/download/windows.html, and
https://o3debinaries.org/download/linux.html pages:

• Install Open 3D Engine for text is bolded on Linux, but not on Windows page.
• The tabs of the pages do not have icons, while o3de.org pages have an O3DE logo.
• Windows download page tab reads "Open 3D Engine - Windows 10 Installer Download" - should read "Open 3D Engine - Windows Installer Download" instead, as it can be installed on Windows 11 as well.
