Multiplayer Sample currently has 2 exporters.

Describe the solution you'd like

Replace MPSGameLift/scripts/export_gamelift_server_package.py with export_standalone_monolithic_windows.py
Update MPSGameLift/Documents/ with the new packaging instructions.
