PyWeather 0.2 beta

It's the initial release! PyWeather is now out of Alpha (if you could call it...), and now in Beta (sorta...).

PyWeather can now grab current, hourly, and forecast data from Wunderground, and display it in a summary/forecast form.

Since the setup script is not working, please follow the Manual Setup guide for obtaining an API key, and installing the correct libraries. 0.3 will include the setup script, but there are some other minor releases leading up to 0.3 beta.

This is a beta release, and bugs are likely! Please report any you see, and you will be eternally thanked!
