Problem in Parsing JavaScript in Html Parser

The code in the current state doesn't resolve for when JavaScript is embedded into the HTML file.
So when it encounters HTML it encounters some problems with the parsing.
This image below is a reference for what the problem is.

As you can see that the for loop changes the highlighting when it shouldn't.
