MAPS: Boxxer touch up (#84)

* MAPS: Boxxer touch up

moved wall weapons to standard height
replaced PAP machine with the new model
made zombies only spawn after teddy is shot
made teddy door more obvious

* MAPS: Boxxer stings for perks
