Make download tooltips dismissable and not overlapping

It would be nice if they're not overlapping to each other or we just have a download all feature, that scans the whole HTML and CSS pages and extracts them all. Even for other interaction events (e.g. this SVG will only show when in mouse hover) because sometimes it's still hard to get something when you have to time it to be mouse hovered or such interaction
