media files deletion in sonarr and radarr after uncheking watchlist button in plex

Hi, I'm new to all this stuff but already installed everything I need including sonar, raddar,plex and now this beautiful software. Here goes the question: it would be soooo convinient to press a button and by unchecking watchlist mark on media in plex remove it from your library on sonarr and radarr even with delay from being non plex pass user, maybe there're such kind of feature but idk where(sonar and radarr plex list are too slow). Anyways, just wanted to express my opinion on the matter, thanks in advance.
